Below is the running order of the day when we filmed the narrative for our music video along with images of what me and Bayley did during the day:
11:00am-
At this time Bayley and Alex had arrived at my house so that we could film the narrative as Alex would act in the narrative and me and Bayley would film our own individual sections. Bayley began filming in the from room which was part of Bayley's section of the song before we moved into the kitchen when Bayley was satisfied with the shots that he had. He then filmed his section of the narrative which would take place in the kitchen before I took over.
1:30pm-
At around 1:30pm I took over and filmed my section of the narrative it began in the back room and showed Alex attempting to make up with the mannequin and then he leave the house. For this I took shots from multiple angles for when Alex enters the room and attempts to comfort the mannequin as I first filmed a tracking shot of Alex entering the room before I filmed close ups of the mannequin and had Alex walk into the frame. When Alex kisses the mannequin I filmed it from a close up to show that this is the key part of the scene. After I had filmed this section we went outside and into Altrincham to film another section of the video. After we got into Altrincham we waited for a while and had some lunch as I though it would be a good idea to film Alex running after the train in the dark, under the lights at the station. This created a good atmosphere for the scene as the high key lighting placed the focus on Alex. I wanted to film the shot from a high angle looking down on Alex to begin with to demonstrate that the relationship is vulnerable.

3:30pm-
Once I had filmed my section in the house and waited for it to get darker we had to wait for a train to come for which we had looked up the times of its arrival. Once the train arrived we knew we only had one real shot to get it right and after a few nervous moment we were overall very happy with the shot I were able to get. After this I filmed shots that I wanted of Alex on the platform and Bayley had an improvised cameo appearance, which we may well use in the video.
5:00pm-
Once we had filmed the scene at the station we only had one more scene to shoot but it was decided as we were driving thorough the lights in Altrincham that we should film them in case we want to used it as we have seen shots in Arctic Monkey's videos before from inside a car such as in "When the sun goes down." We will attempt to match this up with the end of the guitar solo so that it will conform to the typical Alternative Rock video by using Goodwin's theory of illustration.
After filming the shots from in the car we went back to the house to film the final scene but then noticed that it started to snow so for the second time in the day so decided to improvise and film Alex and the manikin dancing in the snow which is the one of the final shots we will now use in the narrative. I decided to track the snow as it fell down onto Alex and the mannequin as I felt this would make for an atmospheric shot.
I finished filming at around 6pm as I filmed the final scene of the Alex walking into see the manneqin and them making up with each other which was not decided before the day but we thought we would want to use the snow scene and so it would only make scene for the couple to make up instead of fall out.
