We have decided to do this genre because we feel like it has lots room to make an effective music video as the genre allows for us to explore many different types of songs and there lyrics which we can then apply to the music video.
Within the video we can also apply much more of a narrative as through our research into the House genre we found the the lyrics were often very repetitive and therefore would not make for an effective music video as there would disjuncture in the video which is not what we want as in the video we feel there should be some illustrative portrayed in the video, therefore the video would relate to the lyrics of the song.
